Employment contract termination Employment contract termination

I got a call from a Company regarding work from home. The contract period was of 11 months. The executive who called told me that the total duration is of 11 months and the task will be assigned after your confirmation.

Now for the first task there was some issue and the task was not completed.

So they asked me to pay 5100 (utility charges) + 3000 (legal charges) +5000(late charges coz I paid the amount next day)= 13100(Total).

I paid the charges. The lawyer asked me to pay and then he will issue NOC from company side.

Now he is saying that the contract is of 11 months and you cannot leave the contract. If you want to leave the contract you should pay additional 20400/- and if you want to continue work pay 15300/-.

The thing which lawyer said was not told to me earlier and also was not mentioned in contract either.

He is threatening me that they will take action and will file a case against me.

Please help me what should I do.
