Regarding house lease Regarding house lease

I am staying in a rented flat in Bangalore. I am willing to talk to the owner for asking the same flat on lease. I have one query on this. If suppose the owner agrees for the lease at 8lacs. Is the 8 lacs fully refundable at the end of lease?

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, it will be paid to the landlord with an understanding that you need not pay any rent and he need not pay any interest. But you must be very sure that it must be registered and the landlord must have financial status to refund the same after lease period is over. In many cases landlords may not have such funds at the end.

A.Yes, it is refundable but when the owner makes the lease agreement, go through all the clauses well regarding refund as he may subject it to certain terms and conditions. For further details or making of agreement, please contact me.
