I have an agreement of 3 years ,out of which have served 2 years. now I have sent resignation letter but the company is not accepting resignation and sent legal notice against me.How to proceed further?

A.You can respond to the Legal Notice by taking a ground that it had become impossible for you to work in the company. Generally the courts if called upon to look into the legality of such agreements take a liberal approach if it is shown that considerable hardship was being caused due to the contract and also that there was no bargaining power when you had entered into the contract with your employer which had bound you to be under the employment for three years.

A.Dear Sir,
You are bound to reimburse bond amount and if it is small amount you may simply pay the same and get exist from the Company to avoid future complications.

A.Like this sistuvation there's no way any employment bond as per legal simply company's is take that's against law bonded labour act
