I have signed a employment bond for 2 yrs with one of the IT company where i joined as as fresher. Now i have absconded within the 8 months fro mmy joining, I ahve got a notice from them to pay bond amount.What should i do ?

You need not bother. You have to get issue a reply notice saying that no proper training was given to you and that they have not spent any amount on your training as such you are not liable to pay anything.

A.It will be depends upon terms and conditions of the agreement without looking documents not possible for appropriate advice

A.In u r bond there is any condition if any employee breaks the bond then how will the consequences like pay the bond money or anything....if above like conditions are there so u will pay the bond money caz of u breaks the bonds conditions
