Buyer asking for photocopy of property to send that to Bank for loan Buyer asking for photocopy of property to send that to Bank for loan

Hi, I am selling my flat in Thane, Mumbai to prospective buyer without a broker. He said he needs property documents where my name and flat details are written with Index-2 document photocopy. Is it OK if I share the photocopy of the same to him? What are the things I need to take care to avoid any frauds that can be done using those photocopies? Thanks.

A.Dear Sir,
You can share such documents and put a seal on such xerox copies saying that those documents are shared only for the purpose of preliminary verification to the prospective buyer.
