How to file suit for partition case in court of a farming when there is no divided all property between brothers and sister and grandpa and grandma is dead before 2005 and all sister and brothers are married betwwen them two sisters are died but the offspring of the two died can blame the rights on the grandma and grandpa property

A.Approach to the any local lawyer or file partition suit if all legal hair are ready to do it then no need to approach court just go to the Talathi office for partition . If any objections then move court
