police harrasment on false allegations of 498, 377 from estranged wife police harrasment on false allegations of 498, 377 from estranged wife

Hi,
I am Hindu and after 6 months of marriage my wife separated and 2 months later filed false allegations of 498 with 377. She filed the complaint(not FIR, just normal complaint) with Sardarnagar Police station of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She did it after 2 months of separation and they have some setup with Police such that their complaint is still not converted into FIR even after 2 months of filing complaint and since last 2 months the police has kept on harassing me and all of my family on just normal complaint. They basically want us to give lumpsum money in exchange of not filing false complaint against me and my family and the police is with them hence instead of converting their complaint into FIR they are just harassing us, I am fully ready to fight so how do I enforce police here to either convert their complaint into FIR or dispose it? What are ways to save myself and my family from police harassment? Police has already come once to my house and taken away my mother and sister to police station in the night time without accompany any lady officials and released in 2 hours without giving any justification or showing us any complaint.

Thanks in advance,

A.Dear Sir,
You may get anticipatory bail immediately and if any FIR is registered then get a stay order by approaching High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
