Is repetitive issue with a product, a valid ground for refund? Is repetitive issue with a product, a valid ground for refund?

If a gas stove suffers issues of low flame repetitively but gets fixed after service by the company, but it happens again and again, like once/twice every month. Is it valid ground to seek refund/replacement? The company even replaced parts to fix the issue better but it comes back again and again. The company is refusing replacement.

Also leakage issue occurred once which was fixed after three visits.

Are these valid grounds to win a consumer court case?

2. leakage in gas may convert in some big accident, therefore my advise is to immediately serve the company with a legal notice followed by a consumer complaint,
3. you can also claim maintenance for causing mental harassment, pain and financial loss to you and family,
4. you are further advised to replace the gas from your own pocket to keep your family out of severe danger,

A.Dear client,
Yes these are the valid grounds to file a consumer complaint although you have to keep in mind that only because of the defects the product is not working properly and the company people has refused to correct it.
