Sir, this the second part of the issue, now the girl I love is a Muslim and I m a Hindu we want to get married , she has been married for 10 years now and has a 9 yrs old kid, we have been in relationship for over 8 years now and that a serious relationship we fondly love each other and now we want to get married but my parents wants her parents consent before going ahead with the marriage and the girl I love is in such a situation that she can't talk about it at home so she want leave home uninformed which I m not in favour of that could be traumatic for both the family lead to police case and destroying both our lives , how ever we love each a lot and wish to get married we have discussed all the issues and asked her to file a divorce before leaving home .that would give grounds to her that she is not wanting to be in that relationship she is even ready to leave her kid behind , now the condition arises that my mom wants here to come with a marriage proposal with her family which she otherwise can't do.and she wants to elope from home and come here to my home my parents are ready to accept her but they say that would like her to give a an agreement to the police before getting married with me , so sir plz advice us wat would be the ryt thing to do for each of us as we are willing to get married
