Advice on how to go about separation without involving police

Sir ,
I love a girl who.has been married for 10 long years and has a 9 years old child and we have been into a relationship for 8 years now and we have seen through lots of rough patches and now that we willingly want to get married with each other but we don't want blow the situation out of proportion where police comes in. The girl I love she is willing to elope but I am not at her side coze this would not.lead to.anywhere .so sir could u advice us to go about the ryt way and she not had any relationship with here husband for.that last 9 years she has been there for the sake of being in here in laws house she wants freedom plz help and guide us sir my parents are will to accept her as I have not told then that she is married but coze we love each other and that is way we want to spend our lives together

A.dear client in your case Since both of you are adults, you have the right to get married but as she is married she has to first take divorce and then get married otherwise which the marriage will be unlawful. You have to consult for an advice further in your case.

A.Your girl has to first take a divorce on some grounds and then only you can think of your marrying her. police will not come into picture unless she elopes with you without obtaining a divorce from her present husband.
