Hi sir..i m 31 year old unmarried girl having affair from last 1.5 year with a married man. He has 3 kids with him. As per him he is not happy with his married life and want to marry me. So he made physical relations with me. Now things has been open in his house so he is ignoring me by not answering my call. What kind of case i can put agaist him. Please suggest. Regards Suchi

A.dear clien in your matter Sex under the pretext of marriage is not a punishable offence. You had physical relationships with him knowing of the fact that he was married and with your conscience.

A.What you did is not against against social ethics but also immoral. You can lodge a complaint for offence of rape on the promise of marriage. But your case will not stand on its legs in court for various reasons.Firstly you did not make a complaint against him immediately after he had physical relationship with you.Secondly you know that you can't marry him since he is already married and therefore your plea that there was a promise of marriage will not be accepted. You shall to at least make out a case that the man had physical relationship with you very recently, which will be proved by your physical examination by doctor and secondly that you were not aware of the fact that he was already married.

A.If he had developed physical contact with you by hiding his marriage, you could have filed cases against him. Now it is better to forget about cases against him.
