Rent delay calculation

The Licensee shall and will pay the license fee/maintenance fee as aforesaid and the licensee shall and will in default of such payment also pay interest on all agrees of the license fee at the rate of 18% per annum calculated on day to day basis until payment.
My rent is 50000 per month, maintenance is 1000 per month. What is the penalty per day according to the above clause? How will I collect this penalty amount?

A.If such clause mentioned in agreement already then 18% if not in agreement then don't warry. Because agreement terms and conditions accepted both The parties at the Time of agreement maded
