A.A gift deed given after the death of the donor is not valid. A gift should be accepted while the donor is alive. To give you an appropriate advise, pls provide the document.

A.Gift deed is not valid after death. It is only valid if executed and effected during lifetime of donor n donee. Moreover, if it is related to transfer of immovable property it must be registered before sub registrar.

A.Dear client,
You should get it documents on Non judicial Stamp paper, and then get , signed by witness es and then Notorized. Even though that gifted documents must be registered, for selling purpose.
