I took MHADA flat on heavy deposit I have all the related documents like Agreement, Cheque, Call Recording, Video at the time of agreement. I paid 10 Lakh Rs to the owner but still I didn't got my possession its already 4 month gone. I told him to refund my money he always give excuses like wait for 2 weeks or 1 week but didn't receive any single paisa yet.
Please help me Im very much worried I will get my money or not. He and his family live in that house right now.
