Residence disturbed by gymnasium Residence disturbed by gymnasium

Our residence adjoining bungalow has started gymnasium which has become a nuisance. Every day early in the morning there is a lot of sound of throwing the dumbbells and lots of noise from other equipments which disturbes our daily sleep. Please advise.

A.You can file complaint against them to the local municipal corporation otherwise go to the court

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and threaten them to approach civil and criminal Courts. You may also filed representations with BBMP etc.

A.It is very tacnicle ground for law any person to free to do any work in Thierry home under taking Thier right

But con not incrochment any right of other person

Your legal issues two bangalow attached eachother and one side do noice and other side disturb from themy
