land accquisition case(LAC)

in our case of LAC case filed in high court thruogh single petion contains 4 different survey nos with 4 respective parties,but one of the party is ready to comprise,so my question is whether that such arrangement is allowed ,ie , this survey is deleted from petition and case can be continued with same petition with rest of the parties.
