sir my name is saiprasad my father is a government employee he is not living with us and not giving any amount for maintenance.His employees are giving warning to us if we file a complaint on him you will get only 3000 per month by court so we have to keep quiet they are saying sir/madam.Actually his salary is 65000

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother is entitled for 25% of your father salary. In olden days it was Rs. 3,000/- per month under Section 125 of Cr.P.C and now that provision is amended and people getting unlimited monthly interim maintenance depending upon source of income of husband.

A.Hi,

This is a classic case of misuse of government position by public servant for wrongful gain. You can file a complaint with the police station highlighting the fact that they have threatened from using your rights.

Also file a seperate maintenance application against your father.
