Case agenst me is defolt for dismiss with power to repon for my wife now we agree for divorce now how can she withdraw case

A.Dear Sir,
She can file a Memo stating that in view of divorce proposal, she wish to withdraw the case and do not press for any arrears of maintenance.

A.Hi,

If both the parties are conseting to the divorce, then you can file a mutual consent divorce petition in the respective court.

Also, your wife can file a withdrawal application stating that a mutual consent divorce has been finalised between you two. Also ask her to mention the terms and conditions of the mutual consent divorce in that application and the same shall be withdrawn in a single hearing.

A.File mutual consent by divorce if both are ready to take divorce you will get divorce in just six months
