sir my name is saiprasad my father is a government employee he is not living with us and not giving any amount for maintenance.His employees are giving warning to us if we file a complaint on him you will get only 3000 per month by court so we have to keep quiet they are saying sir/madam.Actually his salary is 65000

A.Hi,
This is a classic case of misuse of government position by public servant for wrongful gain. You can file a complaint with the police station highlighting the fact that they have threatened from using your rights.
Also file a seperate maintenance application against your father.
