I am staying separately from my husband for around 2 months with no communication. we haven't undergone the process of divorce. I have a baby girl of 11 months, and now all of sudden my husband what to meet my daughter on a regular basis without me being informed. I am working women and stay away from my baby for around 8 hours. what should I do in that case?
I asked my husband to just inform me before visiting my home but he replied to saying I don't need to inform you. Can I in that case refrain my husband?

A.Dear Madam,
You can file child custody case and restrain your husband visiting your daughter without your permission saying that he may cause harm to your daughter.

A.Plz sort out and clear the intention of ur hubby with the help of good common friend or relative. If it doesn't work out u should come to conclusion and take action accordingly. B sure to explore all efforts in order to save d marriage first.
You can also send Legal notice although it's not mandatory in such cases. By it u would b able to gauge his path and intentions ahead. Civil and criminal remedies are available to you as already explained by other Advocates. Thanks n regards.

A.- You can very well file the case against husband if needed even in Civil and Criminal proceedings also.
- In civil, matrimonial case you can file maintenance for your daughter and seek custody of her.
- In Criminal can file the complaint to police station on the apprehension of danger and taking away daughter from your custody.

A.You can file maintenance petition under section 125 of crpc . Or file children custody suit. Or you can't prevent your husband from his children. He have right to meet his children
