What is maintenance of a building? Who will be the authority to be in charge in maintainence?Is maintainence of a building is commercial or residential?Is the maintainence have to be registered? Kindly explain in details?

A.It is a residential charges if non commercials property if property commercial then change also like commercial. It will be decided by management body of society. First pass The such resolution for it otherwise nothing any such right

A.Maintenance is done by builders if apartment is formed and by society if society is formed. Record is present with respective authority as per said whatever registration is done.

If you are residing in a Apartments then the builder is liable to maintain for first few months thereafter Association will be register and they will take over the charge of maintaining the building etc.
