We are staying in a house from 20 years. One of our neighbor is staying opposite to our house and one 10ft road is going in between our and neighbors house. That is not govt road it was given by the builder before 20 years when we bought the plot. Now the Municipality has taken over from 15 years. Now This neighbor is claiming that some of his plot became road and he is telling that we have made building on road. But We bought whole land from our land lord and staying there from 20 years We have also all documents legally. So I want ur advice badly on this.

A.Need to check with the concern authority if such plan is approved. Secondly, you have purchased 20 year so you have adverse possession if it is prior the said plan being passed.
