How much average time is taken to decide a case in high court

A.dear client in your matter It depends upon case to case high court to court and j even udge to judge to judge also.However in case of a urgent and genuine case, u can file an application for early hearing if there is no date of hearing and if it is rejected then move supreme court for a direction to high court for early disposal of the case.
