We have purchased a plot from one of realestate company,however he is not the owner of the land, realestate company Job is to construct a house for us,but he took the original land registration documents from us, how to get the original documents from him

A.1. contact or consult a lawyer along with all relevant documents for a thorough discussion,

A.If such construction company not providing all original documents to you then go to the nearest police station and file complaint against them immediately
