Transfer of title of father's individual property
4 years ago
I am only unmarried child of my parents. I don't have any siblings. My father has passed away in 2019. He didn't get time to make a will. He has the appartment in his name. Municipal tax and electricity bill are in his name. My mother had died in 2008.
I have obtained death certificate of my father. I need to know the Procedure.
A.Dear Sir,
You may file death certificates of your parents and family genealogy to show that you are only the child and thus change the Katha in your name in the municipality.
Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.
