Hi
I have signed 1 year employment bond with my company for 1 lac rs on 500rs stampaper
After 2 months I understand there is nothing to learn any thare is no proper training is provided for same works
That's why I am not willingness to work . may time I feel Imentail tress for this. I am depress for this
I don't want to serve notice period
I want to leave this job but I am not aford 1 lac to pay .

I want to ask questions
Can i leave this company without paying 1 lac rs
What legal action taken from company ?
How to deal with it

{I don't want any reliving or experience letter from company
Company don't have any of my certificate }

Please advise me
