A.dear client in your case After 2013 amendment disclosing the name of complainant/ victim in certain categories of offence relating to rape, molestation, etc is an offence. So be rest assured that if you are lodging a complaint with regard to these offences, your identity will not be disclosed.

A.Yes, the wish the same. Even Courts recently not disclosing the name of the victim girls. Ask the police higher ups to instruct the subordinates not to disclose your name.
