A VIOLENT HUMAN ATTACK BY A BIDDER DURING PUBLIC AUCTION

..Requested,dear sir I am s.soundararajan from KARUR in TAMILNADU. I want to get some valuable free legal advice from yourself. I uses to attend public gold jewellery auctions held in banks and co-operative society and it is my business. 30.12.2019 I went to a public gold jewellery auction ( AD for this auction was given by bank a few days before) to TAMILNADU GRAMA BANK ,CHINNADARAPURAM BRANCH KARUR DISTRICT, at evening 3.20 pm onwards.some people(bidders belonging to Karur forced me to join the syndicate form in bidding during auction by askingme but I REFUsed. to join in bidders syndicate . All this was seen by branch manager who was watching this ,After some time the gold jewellery auction begins. A person named ARUN BALARAMAN takes the gold in that auction in the the name of satsh kumar ( one of the bidder)who is not inside the bank at the time of auction. I OPPOSED this suddenly ARUN BALARAMAN with making heavy argument ,began to attack me violentlywith force. I was attacked by him heavily. suddenly bank manager stops the jewel auction. I went to police station in that village (but only one lady police c onstable is in duty and she makes a phone call to concerned stations sub inspector-who is in local election duty&the sub inspector told me to give the complaint to the lady police constable ans asked me to come on 02.01.2020( because of election vote counting works ) and after that we will make enquiry onwards. I gave the complaint to the lady police constable who is the only police in the police station at that time. After that I came to my town KARUR. BUT at that time I don't feel any pain .But from night onwards I feel pain in my heart.so yesterday I went to Government Medical colleage Hospital in My town KARUR, emergency ward" outpatient section and taken &examined E.C.G by duty doctors.and got some medicine from them. Dear sir/madam please give me some good legal advice for further steps. I NEED YOUR'S VALUABLE LEGAL ADVICE SIR. I WANT TO TAKE SEVERE AUCTIONS AGAINST THE PERSONS WHO ATTACKED ME.
