There is non congnizible case against me and my and father at homwtown under IPC 427,504,506,34 for damaging farm and abusing. That farm belong to my father with his brothers. Complaint registered by one of his brother's son. I work at diffrenet city hence no summons provided to us. 1) In that case will there be a bailable warrent against us? 2) As I work in diff city will that warrent go back to court and what may happen next? 3) How can I face this in high court under crpc 482 to cancel case 4) I dont trust any lawyer at my homtown. How can I decide to pay lawyer if he is from other city to travel, fees etc?
