A.Hello client,

If you have enough documents or letter or some kind of agreement to prove that you were an employee of the company then you can first send them a legal notice through an advocate.
If they fail to reply or give you the letter then file a suit in labour court against them.

thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,
Firstly remove the conception that as your employer is a rich person your the law will be on his side. If you have your evidences and facts of the case the law will be on your side.
Secondly, none of the companies are bound to give an experience certificate. You can get an internship letter if you are an intern but experience certificate for an employee isn't an obligation.
Thirdly, if you feel that you have enough documents and proves or any kind of contract with them , commitments to give an experience certificate. Then kindly take an advice from an Advocate and file a suit .
Thanks

A.Dear client,
There is no law for such issue of experience letter to employee, it is up to company and it's customery to issue , then it may do so, otherwise it would not be forced to do so. And what if it would not issue you experience letter, your appointment letter is enough to prove for ur employment and salary sleep.
Thanks
