question regarding caste certificate

hello sir
my name is Naina Martin. i belong to sc community. i live in delhi but my sc certificate is from bihar as it is my native village. now i am preparing for govt job so is this state caste certificate valid . an secondly it is signed by anchal adhikari so what is its(state caste certificate) validity. i have made it in 2016.
also some one told me my sir name will create problem . is it true??

A.Either it will be accepted or rejected. It will have 5 years validity. It has All India Validity.
