harassment for dowry

i got married in july 2015 after 1 week my husband and inlaws started harassing me physically and mentally for dowry. My inlaws stole my gold jewellery and made me work like servant even in fever i should do all household work and eat only stale food and follow their rules and regulations and tortured me. By bearing this in pregnancy i am not able to walk properly my health detoriated .One rule is that i should not use phone and to cut from my parents. I stayed for 4 months in inlaws house in that am 2 months pregnant with lowlying placenta doctors advised complete bed rest but my inlaws made me work like servant and harassed me and gave me only stale food to eat which made me weak and they want me to forcefully admit in hospital to abort my child saying UTI infection by fear i begged them to send me to my parents home to take care of me they send me by saying stay there for 4 months and within 2 months my inlaws came home and said that if i do not abort my child i will die and discuss this with my parents and me to sign but we all refused and i stayed in my parents home till child birth for this my husband started calling me on phone and verbal abusing me and my parents for not obeying them i have all recording of all phone calls neither my husband gave me any food expenses in pregnancy neither he fed me. After girl child is born he came once to hospital and completely avoided my all messages and calls for 6 months my inlaws completely deserted me and did not allow me to enter in inlaws house and my husband sent divorce by speed post and left his job as hr in hyderabad and ran to qatar in jan 2017 i have approached women cell and filed 498a ipc, 3,4 dpv cases but my inlaws not attending court hearings how to file maintenance case and child custody as am not earning and dont have any source of income however am spending my saved income of previous job i worked for 7 years as analyst. Now i dont have any job but has my own property worth 80 lacs and 1 acre of land of 30 lacs which i bought when am single and working not married then. Please advise me if i have property of this much can i be eligible to claim maintenance to me and my girl child and how to get custody of minor girl child as from birth am only taking care of food, clothing, medical and all needs of my child. My child was born in july 2016 from that to till now iam only there for her however from 2017 am gettng money order only 1000-2000 from my father in law for every month but i send all those money orders back Please advise me from 2019 am taking 2000 but it not at all sufficient what to do next as my inlaws do not attend any court hearings and my husband is in qatar after sending divorce by speed post how can i claim maintenance as i stayed only for 4 months bearing domestic violence in inlaws house. He divorced me after 1 and half years of tenure of marriage and recently called my one of my relatives and informed them that they take away my girl child as soon as she turns 7. Please help me in this. How to get custody of my child as am not earning when am pregnant due to lowlying they want to abort her and now they want her how to safeguard my child. Please advise me. My inlaws warned my relatives to take back case and not to file any maintenance if i do they will take every step to kill both me and my child. My fatherin law threatening what to do he is comedian actor and all his sons is well settled in foreign countries. Please guide how to protect my child.
