Ask to leave from job

I am working in a MNC China Based company as Regional Service Manager, located in Guwahati. I have joined this company on 29th April'19. Recently I am asked to leave from 1st April showing causes are sometimes they say economy slowdown and sometimes performance. But actually there is some other reason working behind this as some one's interests have been hurt due to my regional action. So, I need legal merits to this case.
