Resigned from job and got RPAD letter from company what should I do
4 years ago
Sir/ madam ,
I recently joined a company 1 month back , and I worked there for a month. I had to face lot of problems from my senior staff in the company and used to insult me in every way possible . And also I got the job which I was not promised for and I had to do duty shifts which I was not comfortable with .I couldn't tolerate and I wanted to talk my problem to the HR department , I gave a appointment letter to meet them , still they were busy , and once I met the administrator of the company on the way and told , he said he will look into the matter , after that there was no sign of changes in my duty and no help I got from HR department. I also made to sign an agreement before.( Not a stamp letter ) . After all these , I had left the job , and sent a mail to the HR department, now I got a letter to home ( under RPAD) from HR department , that I need to go to that company with written explanation without which they can proceed against me in court of law.
Sir , what should I do now !

If required take help of a lawyer.
You need to go and give them a written explanation as they asked with all the reasons you have mentioned and try to convince them. You need to tell them that you could not continue due to all the reasons which were even effected your mental health and try to make them understand.
And also, please verify all the contracts between you and the company and any further documents you sign.
thanks & Regards
They may not take any action in court of law since it is expensive and time consuming. Just ignore such notice or reply the same with true facts.
The clauses of the contract made between, has to be verified. You should go and attend your Department. Give them the explanation why you cannot continue. Give a different reason which shall not hamper them. Whatever may be the reasons, if there is a contract there might be ways to terminate them. Suggestion would be to first go and have a conversation with your HR and the concerned department first.
Thank you
