neighborhood harrasment

i have been facing mental torture with my neighborhood, i try to prove them wrong but they were strengthen through other neighborhood by saying bad rumours on us, we were new to the village, constructing our new home, my dad works in poice dep. but i have no guts to speak with him. everyday rumours are spreading bad on us, they made characterless in my village, when went through village heads they told " their family had bad review in village, they made scenes before, they created two times rape scenes in the village, and collected money from the victims. now i went through innocence from the beginning, and fighted for my family. i caputure photos that lady besides listening to our conversation when me and my family talking, and also i found a video that neighborhood man follows me while I'm going to bath at open place. i thought coincidence before but later i realise it's their plan. also did many things couldn't explain so clearly. i want to put an end thing to it cause it's very hard to take it now a days. I'm 26, i don't want to be the 3rd puppet in their hands. cause that women harrassed me personally, when none at home.
