ON My appointment letter they didn't say any types of notice period. And they successfully accepted my resignation. Then they say submit my all documents. And I do.
Still they didn't clear my dues
How can I get my money?

A.Dear Client,
My suggestions would be at this stage you must try to settle the dispute amicably. If it does not get resolved, you may send a legal notice in order to recover the dues from the employer with the supportings.
There is a good chance that the dispute may get settled after sending the legal notice however if the issue persists, you may have to approach the court for the recovery of your dues.

A.First you need to serve a well drafted legal notice upon your employer. If the legal notice clearly details the consequences that can be attracted in case of non compliance, your employer will surely settle your dues and avoid any court proceedings.
