Fake Job Scam

Hi I had already posted my issue and I got reply from some experience lawyers that I should send him a legal notice if fails to acknowledge then lodge a complain but my question every lawyer knows that person and they are his friends they make some fake case against this then I will stuck there again and I don't know that persons address as well where to legal notice. I have all transaction detail sent on his business account and call recording as well but I am very simple person and bcz of loan I have taken for Job now I am also facing financial issue. Please help

Case is - Hi I am writing this bcz I am stuck here met one person through my friend and that person offered me Job for Canada to me and my friend we both paid him money by taking loans from bank so that person made the agreement in district court, Dwarka as all lawyers in that court knows him all lawyers are his friend but as per that agreement I should be in Canada on 10th January but it's been March now and everytime when I ask him he says different reason and dates. So now I ask him my money again everytime he is giving reason and I don't know what to do now and whom to contact as I am EMI for loan and handling family is not possible for me its pain point. Please help and advise something which can help me.
