I have joined one reputed company in July-2011. After 6 years company takes decision for some of the department in outsource and we have to taken forcefully resignations and converted our payrole in Accenture. Now after 2.5 years due to big cost of Accenture they withdraw contracts of Accenture and ask him to shift our regular contrctorer payrole (May-2019) for 2 months as delay in management approvals for back to company payrole. now today till March-2020 no approval given from management and comaony takes to terminate the employee. Please confirm In that case can we fight with company? as I have given 9+ years in this company.
