EMPLOYER DENYING SALARY EMPLOYER DENYING SALARY

I work in an ISO certified pre primary school, alongside my studies and running my own coaching center.

However I got a better opportunity in a tech firm and as such I informed my employer on 28th Feb. that I would resign on 31st March because during joining I was told that one month notice period needs to be given from either side in case of discontinuation.

However on 2nd March my employer messaged me saying "we will call you when we need your service" and as such I didn't go from then.

When I asked him about my Feb and March salaries two days ago, he texted me saying ,"Your March salary will be cleared subject to your working days".

Please help me as I finance my education and need to pay house rent from this salary.

NOTE: He didn't even give me appointment letter and the one month notice period was mentioned in the staff manual that he had asked me to read when I had joined.
