A. If the employment letter states that workdays are limited from Monday to Friday and provided for an exception to be used in exceptional cases. Then you have a clear case.
It is expedient to go through your employment letter, in order to ascertain a better picture.

A. No. It should not be a problem. You can file an affidavit stating that you changed your name post the purchase of the property in question and attach evidence in the form of IDs to prove the same. Will not be a property.
The same can be specifically mentioned in the sale deed to protect your legal interests.

A. If you belong to the respective caste NO ONE can stop you from getting a caste certificate , even though there are spelling mistakes in your school documents. There is a proper legal way to get the same.
