Caste certificate

In have not given caste certificate because of mistake in school documents.. My father's and my caste are wrongly mentioned in school documents.. I want to get caste certificate based on my father certificate. Under which Section or Article,caste certificate can be obtained based on basis father caste certificate?
A.If you belong to the respective caste NO ONE can stop you from getting a caste certificate , even though there are spelling mistakes in your school documents. There is a proper legal way to get the same. First by starting with a good lawyer who can complete all the legal documentation for you, all the declarations, the Caste certificate from your Caste Samaj wherever it is located. You have NOT mentioned your State & district. Few Ancestral documents from you local village & any other fathers's side relative CASTE CERTIFICATE indicating your Caste. Also given below is list of documents for the Caste Certificate.
COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SC/ST CASTE CERTIFICATE (FOR
MINOR CHILDREN BELOW 18 YEARS)
IDENTITY PROOF & ADDRESS ( Father, Mother & Child)
1) Aadhaar Card
2) Driving License
3) Voter ID
4) Passport
5) Electricity Bill
6) Water Bill
7) Ration Card (Compulsory- for relationship proof)
8) Affidavit for Caste Certificate
9) Proof of Caste of Self or Blood Relative Extract of Primary School Register of
applicant or father or grandfather Or, Primary School
10) Leaving Certificate of applicant or his father Extract of Birth Register
of applicant or father or relative An extract of Government Service Record
(book) mentioning caste/community category of applicant's father or
relative.
11) Document certifying caste issued by department of social justice
Validity Certificate if any of father or relative which is issued by scrutiny
committee Copy of revenue records or village panchayat record
Documentary evidence in regard to the caste and ordinary place of
residence prior to the date of notification of the caste Other relevant
documentary evidence issued by competent authority
ADDITIONAL PROOF FOR CASTE CERTIFICATE:

Case:1: Dont have father's Caste Certificate: In this case you need to submit all
the caste certificate documents of your blood relative.
Case:2: Married Women: If you are applying for caste certificate after your
marriage then you need to submit the caste proof before marriage and the

provide Name Change Notification in Gazette.
