If you think that he had physical relationship with you under the grab of getting married to you then you can file a case of rape against him but you need to be sure that he lied to you on marriage else now a days courts are not accepting the rape cases.

If your employer is deducting TDS then it has no choice but to deposit that against your PAN card else he will be penalized by the income tax people. Going for a flat to save tax is something that your CA can help you with.
