My Sister is harassing me over land my dad left to me in his will when he died. Even she signed docs and now she need part in that land or she says will file complaint.
This all she is doing when I’m selling this land.
What can I do ? Can I file any case against her? Does she have any right even after will is in my name?

A.Dear Client
if your father has passed on the land through a will then you are required to get that will probated through the competent court and then get the property transferred in your name.
