A. The land on which house is constructed is ancestral property but house on the land is self acquired if constructed with his own income.After death of the father if there is no will property will be divided equally among class one heirs of the father. But second wife is not entitled to any share as she is not the legally wedded wife.

A. You cannot take criminal action for cheque bounce now, you have left with two option to file civil summary suit under order 37 and also you can file private complaint u/s 156(3) of cpc. you can also issue a legal notice before proceeding cases.

A. Dear Madam/ Sir,
you should have checked about the facilities and have a relevant clause in the agreement. Normally tenanted houses must be provided with water at the cost of owner. It is a common sense. Just stop payment of rent and let him go to Court for arrears of rent.
