A. whatever action the company intends to take has to be as per law. If threats are being given complaint can be lodges with the local police whether threats are coming online or otherwise. So far as salary and other conditions of service are concerned, both you as well as the employer are bound by the terms and conditions if any mentioned in your employment letter or any other document signed by you at the time of joining with the company.

A. Whether hacking as apprehended by you is possible or not cannot be told by me as I am an advocate by profession and not a cyber expeet.it will be better u approach the police immediately and give a complaint in writing. It will be assigned to cyber cell ( if cyber cell is there of ur local police) and only their experts can clear your apprehension.
