A. Hi,
Since, your birth certificate must be stating your name as 'Deb' instead of 'Dey', it is advisable for you to get an affidavit declaring that you changed your name from Deelip Kumar Deb to Deelip Kumar Dey before 10th std.

A. Hi,
You can file a suit claiming that the 4 decimal of the property being merged with the plot B is a part of your ancestral property of 22 decimal. Since you were in the possession of such land for more than 50 years, you have adverse possession over it and the owner of plot B cannot claim it.
You must also get an injunction from the court against the demolition.
