A. You have full right on your gratuity. No one can deny to pay whether they are govt company or pvt company. You can send legal notice through lawyer for issuing gratuity and if they deny to pay file suit against company.

A. Did any an ex parte decree of divorce has been passed in the divorce suit filed by first wife? If yes then bigamy case is worthless. Court never submit your complaint. if family member harrash her then she can file DV case and complaint u/s 498A into police station. If she does not want to live with him and continue her married life, then she can file a petition for divorce and maintenance.
