A. take your chances, file a petition providing photocopies of each document which you wish to take back and give an undertaking to deposit the original when the matter is called for hearing by the Appellate Court.

A. Did you serve a termination notice ending the tenancy? If you go through your tenancy agreement (leave & license agreement) you will find a termination clause clearly spelling out that either party can end the tenancy by serving one month notice.
