Complain constructed building is iiligal

Person complain to govt.that the constucted building on govt land. Sir i hv contructed the same building in 2007 with permission from ngrpalika by bankloan and gave on rent to hospital. To open medical shop on want NOC from CMO. Due to such complain raised cmo not give noc and building is illigal construted in govt land. Such land 35 Dismil is PUSHTAINI ihave constructed in 9 dismil.balace area of land is open and land owner is my uncle. As i am working in 160 km away from home town &complainer alongwith police mentally torcher to my 75 yrs old father whan i do sir pl. Helpme

A.Whether you already apply before concern authority for overview of papers? If authority review your papers then you shouldn't be worried to file case in civil court for redressal.disuss with expert property lawyer and then file case.

A.You should file all relevant papers showing your title over the land in question to the authority concerned . If the authority
concerned do not consider your papers properly then you can file civil writ petition before the Hon'ble High court for redressal of your grievances. I think that if you have valid papers then your grievances will be redressed by the Hon'ble High Court.

I had constucted in 2 step first in 2007 &second in 2015. In both time CMO nagarpalika issued permission letter.and also give building completion rport. Futher also i have paid SAMPATI KAR UP TO 31.03.18

If u had permission to construct then there should of be any legal issue.
