A. Dear Sir,
Nothing is required while getting a refund of your advance amount when you are not shared PAN number at the time of booking. Better get atleast post-dated cheque and thus recover the amount.

A. Dear Madam,
It is not a case of divorce as your husband is on your side. Any amount of alimony may not sufficient for yourself and your child to lead future life unless you join any job. Try to settle the matter by filing multiple cases and bringing them under pressure and allow yourself and your husband reside separately.

CAW Cell has no powers to entertain divorce related complaints. You may get issue a legal notice and ask your spouse whether it is better to continue in marriage with some conditions or to break the marriage by way of mutual divorce.

You may directly get issue a legal notice or intimate to the Bankers that you are not in a position to pay the EMI’s and ask them to put the property to public auction and realise all the arrears of loan. That old person who is in illegal possession of your property will be thrown out by the Bankers without any mercy.
